Dr. Ramirez de Leon was born in Mexico City. He holds a Doctorate in Counseling/Education/Supervision and a Doctorate in Ministry. He has more than 25 years’ experience giving workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats in the United States, Mexico, Central America, and Argentina, additionally, has more than 25 years of parish ministry experience.
Dr. Ramirez de Leon is Director of Breathe-Respira (Counseling, Spirituality and Multicultural Education Services), as well as Adjunct Faculty in Religious Studies at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. He is a psychotherapist with more than 35 yrs of clinical experience with children, adolescents, adults, individual, groups, couples, and families.
He is the author of the books, “The Man: Reflections on Masculine Identity and Spirituality” (versions in Spanish & English) and “Manual para Lideres Laicos de Hoy” by Editorial Liguori.
